Existen varias zonas que influyen en el proceso de crecimiento personal. La zona de pánico es un lugar inhóspito donde el miedo y la inseguridad predominan. Por otro lado, la zona de confort está compuesta por hábitos y rutinas conocidas que proporcionan seguridad.
