Homemade Lemonade Stand

Management

Sell near parks and busy places.

Who to hire = you can hire a side worker to help organize sales and advertise.

What to make = profit that covers the expense and preferably more than just the expenses.

What to purchase = blender / holder for the lemonade, lemons (can be homemade), cups, a seat (optional), a stand (can be homemade), signs (optional).

Labour

Human Labour; normally a sole-proprietor.

Raw materials

Plastic, wood (for the formation of the stand), lemons, sugar, water, paper .

Information

Source of supply = local supermarkets or self-grown natural resources.

Political conditions = approval from government, following the law, nothing illegal.

Competitions = Other lemonade stand sellers, local supermarkets, free/public water fountains

Customers = Those who are in need of a quick drink, typically not struggling with any money issues. Demand will increase during the summer due to the increase in temperature.

New technology = efficient blenders and ways to serve the drink fast

Capital

Liquid capital: money earned. Non-liquid capital: the stand, lemons, water, blender, etc.
