10. Integrity

S: I am choosing my thoughts because, when I am thinking of something then I must choose my own thoughts.
T: People have the quality to be honest so they can handle moral principles and to be whole and undivided.

A: In Integrity, it has to be regarded as to be honest and truthfulness or of the accuracy of someone's actions.

R: When we are choosing our thoughts, sometimes we share our thoughts with others if they feel comfortable with it.

8. Flexibility/Adaptability Skills

S: I can think on focusing on to a child's ability so it can adapt on the new situations, so we can improvise with the strategies for the types of challenges.
T: Adaptability skills are about to be changing something or you can adjust to a situation.

A: In Adaptability skills, I can adapt to change, because change is hard for me when things are expecting it. I kind of having a hard time with change.

R: I can adapt to change, because when things are hard for me, then I get a little annoyed when the change is coming, so I won't panic.

6. Organizational skills

S: I organized my binder in sections using the dividers so I can flip to the class I am using it for.
T: I am organized because before I do something on the weekend, I do my schoolwork. After I have basketball games/tournaments I do schoolwork.

A: I take action by writing down notes I have for my classes, so I can be prepared for class.

R: I organize my notes, and to organize what I do after I have basketball games/tournaments and putting notes in my binder.

4. Technical skills

S: I can sometimes fix a couple of things like (sound/audio, turning the projector on, doing good things at Mohawk).
T: I am good at PowerPoint and the tools for Word and Google Slides, Google Docs and ProPresenter.

A: I am good at running the worship slides on my worship team at church and doing a good job on PowerPoint and Word.

R: I am doing really well on the computer skills I am doing. I am proud of myself that I am doing pretty awesome on the technical skills and using the skills.

2. Interpersonal skills

S: I have active listening skills when I am at Mohawk, my job, my church, and everywhere.
T: At basketball, I have to interact with others when we focus by passing the ball to each other.

A: At my job, I have responsibility that I can do things on my own or someone to help me with it.

R: I have been doing my own responsibility when I am at Mohawk doing my assignments and my job that I have has active listening so I can listen well.

9. Motivation and Initiative

S: I have motivation in being optimistic, so I can have the ability so I can keep going.
T: I feel comfortable in my workplace at my job because I am doing things right when I am there.

A: I am doing a great job at working at my job because I am working hard.

R: When I have motivation and initiative, I have been optimistic and doing a great job working at my job.

7. Strong work Ethic

S: I am a strong worker means I am working really hard when I am at Mohawk and at my job.
T: When I am at Mohawk, I work really hard on my assignments before I submit them to the Dropbox and be done with it.

A: When I am at my job, I am doing a good job on working hard lifting the items to load in the cars.

R: I am doing a good job on my working skills at my job and at Mohawk too.

5. Problem Solving Skills

S: I can handle problem solving skills, so I can solve it with my parents and professors.
T: When there is a problem, I go to my parents first, then the professors and then we talk about the problem that is happening.

A: I am doing well on handling problem solving, because I sometimes deal with problem solving stuff on my own and with parents.

R: I sometimes have problem solving skills with some of my friends. Whenever I have a problem I go to a friend who knows me and knows my feelings when I am feeling sad when I have a problem.

3. Communication skills

S: Talking about Reading and Writing Assignments for college.
T: I am doing Special Olympics baseball and basketball.

A: I play in baseball and basketball and my team name for my baseball team is Burlington Blues. My basketball team name is Burlington Flames.

R: My coaches on my Baseball team saying "we are doing well, we square up to the basket (basketball), we set the ball up then we take it, do a layup and shoot in the basket".

1. Teamwork

S: Shoveling the snow by the front doors.
R: My manager said "good job" to me and I do a good job on teamwork.
A: I helped with customers to load items in their cars with other loaders.
T: The loaders help with the carts.
