vacation pay

vacation pay is very important to me incase i ever did take time off for vacation or just to add to my income for a bit until it runs out for help when i need it most

benefits plan

they are important to me because if i need healthcare that isnt covered by ohip it'd help so i dont have to pay out of pocket for meds or getting taken care of at the hospital

bi weekly

its important to me because i would prefer that payment schedule to others its the overall best for most circumstances

gratuities

its somewhat important to me depending on the job im looking for

housing allowance

not generally important unless the jobs involve moving around allot or even once out of my city

semi monthly

semi monthly is somewhat important to me because its not ideal but it works to get through the month easier then monthly

monthly

monthly is not important to me if i had the choice its harder to budget throughout the month especially for emergency expenses unless you're already putting money aside for emergency but thats taking more out at the only day you get money throughout the month

pension plan

its important to me because i wanna be able to retire with a company if they are a good enough company

profit sharing plans

profit sharing plans are not that important to me its more of a neat benefit if they provide it to me

hourly wage

its important to me because id prefer to work like this rather then commissions its more stable

its important to me because i want to make more money then my hourly wage if possible just by working a couple extra hours

employee discount programs

employee discount programs are very important to me because i want to be able to get some percentage of a discount on some expenses if they are far away and maybe a discount at the store for working and helping making the store flourish

travel allowance

not important i dont plan on traveling much

commission

not important to me because i will not be looking for jobs with commission unless theres a fixed salary included
