you do this by simply showing what your problem is and how your gonna fight it as well as showing that you care

cons: exposes your problems and requires time to do properly

pros: cheap and reaches a younger audience

cons: take time to make properly and can't fit much info on it

pros: can be used several times and speaks for itself

cons: you could make a fool of yourself and your problem and you could just not get any support making it a waste of time

pros: a lot of people hear about you and you reach a wider group of people

contact the local paper or news and tell them about your problem and ask if they would be willing to interview you
