PEER OBSERVATION
Peer observation in education focuses on enhancing the impact of learning by allowing teachers to observe and learn from one another in a supportive, non-threatening environment. It involves a structured approach where an observer watches a lesson to understand various teaching, learning, and classroom interaction aspects.
Peer observation refers to a teacher or other observer closely watching and monitoring a language lesson or part of a lesson in order to gain an understanding of some aspect of teaching, learning, or classroom interaction.
