Trust
Trust also needs to be acquired by the parents so early communication needs to be established
Establishing trust within the classroom is given I find in Academic classes but it needs to be earned in applied classes from the students to the teacher.
Integrity
Sharing teaching strategies with new teachers or with others. Brainstorming to help the overall profession
Professional reflections helps teachers understand their practice and make it better.
Respect
I think the best thing a teacher can do to establish respect is to ask questions. Honest questions to understand past experiences, present hesitations and expectations for the future.
Understanding students emotional wellbeing can only be achieved if respect is mutually given.
Teachers have a hard job establishing trust in certain classes. ie) applied vs academic
Care
Teacher need to show empathy towars students but yet use professional judgment to know what the student needs to succeed.
Regardless of who the student is they are accepted in the classroom. A teachers job is to ensure that is maintained from all students.
Teachers show compassion when they learn to understand their students.
