Children adopted by parents from another country other than the one of that child’s birth

Jane is a London girl who was adopted in Spain by some American parents

DOMESTIC TCKs

Children whose parents have moved in or among various subcultures within that child’s home country.

EXAMPLE
Max is a kid who lived in New York State in Brooklyn, but a few weeks ago I had to move from the district to Manhattan.
