Is it an option to add additional unit heaters? - there is serious condensation in that one end of the parkade and no unit heater located near by: other areas are better and they do have a heater

AHU#3 is not able to make duct stat setpoint despite having its fan on @ %100

Simon needs to get a bypass on the radiators at his doors so that he has control

Need to separate the building into 4 zones and get the Stairwell radiators on the Building Hot loop

Need to look at replacing/fixing the ductwork on the rooftop units

Need to get new controllers on the AHU's

Organize Shop

Need to build some kind of racking to store the piping and ducting being stored in the back corner

Need to throw out all of the garbage back by the second storage room

Need to see about getting a heater in that room

Change out tiles on the two landings in the South stairwell

Will need to get more tiles from MMM/find more on site

Some form of diverter or covers for the main electrical infrastructure in the basement in the event of flooding from the floors above
