Until 12 weeks, puppies should be eating four times a day

At 3 to 6 months, puppies should be eating three times a day

Between 6 to 12 months, puppies should be eating two times a day

After puppies have aged 1 year, depending on their breed they should be eating 1 to 2 times a day

Physical Activity

All dogs need some form of physical activity

Large and Giant dog breeds
require exercise more often

The smaller the dog,
the less exercise they require

Small dog breeds can be fine in apartments, while larger dogs require yards

Housing

Inside dogs should have access to some kind of
bed, blanket, or soft surface to lay down on

Outside dogs should be inside

Vet

Dogs should go to the vet once a year

Your dog should be spayed or neutered
unless there is a reason not to

Your dog should be taken to the vet many times
during the first year of their life for their
necessary vaccinations
