WALKING IS IMPORTANT FOR OUR HEALTH, IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE GOING ON POURPUSE FOR WALK, IS JUST AS SIMPLE AS GOING TO THE SUPERMARKET OR GOING TO SCHOOL WALK CAN BE GOOD FOR YOU BOBY AND HEALTH

FOOD AND DRINKS

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KEEP YOUR SELF HEALTH APART FROM MOVING IS WHAT YOU EAT. IT IS LOGIC THAT IF YOU EAT A LOT OF YUNK FOOD AND DO A LOT OF SPORT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SEE PROGRESS.

SIT AROUND ALL DAY

THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE GOOD FOR YOU BODY BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT MAKING IT WORK IS JUST PAUSED AND THE BODY NEEDS TO BE FUNCIONAL.

INJURES

A THING THAT IS NOT THAT GOOD THAT COMES WITH THE MOVEMENT OF OUR BODY ARE THE INJURES, THE BODY TENDS TO INJURED WHEN WE DO EXTREME SPORTS OR MOVES. BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY, THE BODY ALSO INJURED WITH NORMAL ACTIONS.

DO OVER WORK

WHEN WE OVER STIMULATED OUR BODY IS NOT GOOD FOR OUR SELFS BECAUSE IT CAN RELAVATED IN BIG INJUREDS OR FOR LIFE PAIN. IS GOOD TO WORK OUR BODY BUT WITH RESPECT AND WITHOUT OVER EXTIMULATION.
