Subtopic

There are 3 types of leaders: -Autocratic leaders -Democratic leaders -Laissez-faire leaders

Laissez-faire leaders don't interfere. They allow people within the team to make most of the decisions. This works when the team is motivated, and doesn't need close supervision. This behavior can arise because the leader is lazy or distracted and this is where this style of leadership can fail.
In the book, I believe Reverend Alabaster Sloan was the most inspiring leader. He wanted to make a change even if many were against what he believed in.
Democratic leaders allows the team to give ideas and be included before making a decision. It can be difficult to manage when there are a lot of different perspectives, opinions and options.
In the book "How It Went Down" there were many leaders. In fact everyone was a leader but not all were good.
Autocratic leaders make decisions without informing their teams. This style of leadership is considered fine when a decision needs to be made quickly.

Bad leaders make the wrong change. They influence others to do the wrong stuff.

They're usually negative people. They believe that there making the right decisions but in reality they aren't.
A bad leader is someone who doesn't have a vision/plan and they don't know what they're doing.

What is a good and bad leader?

Good leaders make a good change and inspire others to do the right thing.
They encourage, support and motivate others. They treat others the way they would want to be treated.

To be a good leader, you cannot major in minor things, and you must be less distracted.

What is a leader?

There are either good or bad leaders but good leaders are always the best as they encourage others to do the right thing.
Coaches and builds a team, so that it is more effective at achieving the vision.

Bad motive leaders: Donald Trump, Hitler,

Anyone can become a leader but it all depends on their characteristics and the role they take and present themselves with.
Motivates and inspires people to engage with that vision.

Good leaders: Nelson Mandela, Rosa Parks, Malala,

Leaders are people who demonstrate leadership, responsibility, positivity, passionate and they take on an important role.
Creates an inspiring vision of the future.

Famous leaders: Mahatama Ghandi, Hitler, Barack Obama etc

Can anyone become a leader or only famous people?

While we were doing our case study, everyone involved in the cases weren't celebrities/famous people. People did a small thing but that was a big thing for someone. A judge has to make decisions by themselves and these are important decisions they have to make. I believe judges are autocratic leaders.

Anyone can become a leader . Either they can become a good leader or bad leader. It all depends on the actions you take.

Most leaders that make a big change, also become famous because they get recognized for there accomplishment and participation.
