Motivation and Initiativ

Result: I never gave up and I stayed motivation even I have to take different way to accomplish my education.

Action: the teacher advice me about the career pathway program and I did the research and I applied for the program

Task: I have asked the teacher if there's any ways or any advice that I can take and get my diploma or equivalent or get some of the Credit that I need

Situation: I couldn't graduate from high school with my diploma due to my low level education and my language

Flexibility/Adaptability Skills

Result: the ability to change and find the solution to fit changed circumstances.

Action: we arranged the plan for another time when I'm free to hang out with them

Task: call my and let them know I couldn't hang out with him because of the work

Situation: it was my day off from my work and they have called me to come in and i had plans with my friends

Strong work Ethic

Result: I gained my skills in that particular service and also got the certificate.

Action: i did not refuse the client but i ask other employer that knows about the service to give the information. (watching video or getting a train by that particular service that i do not know about)

Task: when i client ask me about a service that i do not know about

Situation: when i staring my job i did not to much skills

Organizational Skills

Result: now I can manage to work on more than one assignment and manage how to manage my time and get assignments done on the due dates

Action: I organized which assignment that i will be starting first and worth more

Task: there was a presentation in the workshop that show us how to organize assignments and how long should we spend on each assignment to get them done.

Situation: I had difficulty organizing my assignments and how long I should I spend on each assignment

Integrity

Result: be integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching and be and being honest.

Action: I turn on the camera and did my test without the sheets to cheated on the test

Task: doing the test not work sheets

Situation: online test and the camera has to be on but video will not show if i bring work sheets with me

Technical Skills

Result: Now i am using the speak to text technology to help me with my spelling and get thing done quickly

Action: I attend the workshops to learn how to add speak to text technology in my laptop and how i can use it

Task: I need to learn how to use speak to text Technology

Situation: I have difficulty with spelling that will slow down.

Communication Skills

Result: now i can express my idea clearly in the professional email.

Action: review the professor instruction on how to write professional email

Situation: asking the professor a question about the professional email

Result: feel confident in interviews and that i am well prepare

Action: review the resume and practice

Task: prepare myself for professional questions and how to be professionalism

Situation: in the career pathway program we do interviews

Problem Solving Skills

Result: give me extra time answer and doing my assignments ahead of time

Action: I asked my teacher if I could have an extra time on my assignments.

Task: spoke to my teacher about the difficulty of the assignments that I was having hared time with

Situation: overwhelmed by my assignments doing them on time and due to my English

Teamwork

Result: it was a good experience for me to work with the group and collaboration with others, including sharing success with others.

Action: Communicate Confidence and positivity with the group to working with others and that you enjoy it.

Task: we start talking and introducing ourselves with each other just to feel more comfortable
