Active Listener

Having good memory of what others say can leave good impression on others by showcasing your listening skills.Refusing to listen at a workplace can lead to job loss and potential rumors spread about your name.
Without this skill you are not going very far in life because to get to the top you must get listen to the top.

Initiative

At a workplace taking charge can also impress your boss and co-workers. This impression can lead to promotions and raises
I take initiative when I am in the mood and this is very bad because you should always take charge and do the task on hand.

Leadership

Having these skill master is very difficult and I am ways away from these. To be able to lead others in an effective manner is how people control workplaces.
This skill is Natural born skill that some people have and it takes time to develop this skill to be a leader

Responsibility

This skill is a skill where you cannot learn and master overnight but it comes with growing up and learning it as you gain experience in real life.
Most people know that being responsible is a key to success and to be trustworthy you must be responsible and vice versa.
Responsibility is another area that I am not too good at but also not horrible.

Work-Friendly

I can work with most people and I am very effective with working with others
Being work-friendly shows that you are comfortable working with other and not using others for your own good but being able to collaborate and communicate with others.

Another very underrated skill in logical thinking being able to decipher between situations and think through certain problems regarding personal or with someone else

Time Management

I have just recently brought a bulletin board and a Google Home as reminder to help me focus and stay on task
To me this is a very underestimated skill that should be heavily weighted because the fact of to properly assess others you must understand your placement in the situation and know your limits and boundaries
I feel as I possess this skill which would allow me to help very much in a workplace providing assistance to others and benefiting the workplace as a whole
Example being at your job and an argument breaks out between your co-workers do you let is escalate and let it fuse or do you try to compromise. If I know one of the guys has a short temper I going to step in and help out.
I'm slowly incorporating reminders using my google home and schedules for due dates and test. Bulletin board for ideas and having flexibility within those choices.
Another much needed skill that I am fairly decent at but improvement can also be made.

Communication Skills

At a workplace this is a needed skill to thrive being able to communicate yourself in a fast effective manner allows to save more time and be more productive resulting in more opportunities down the line
Having these skills allows puts a very impressive impression of you onto others and next time they see you they are more inclined and focus on you because you have this skill
Trying to improve daily by practice speaking to large crowds to get yourself adjusted to presenting in front of people to get more comfortable and being more comfortable leads to being more confidence
