A group/panel is a interview where you are interviewed by 2 or more people asking questions about why you would be a fit for the job. During this interview they may also be other people being asked questions at the same time as you.

-You have to do your homework on the people in your group and on who is interviewing you. -You have to greet all interviewers and candidates. -And listen more than you talk. Otherwise you might set the impression that you can’t be quiet.

-The challenges are that it his harder to make a lasting appearance on the interviewer because there are more people being interviewed at the same time. -Also to stand out you have to answer the questions with more depth than the others.
