In Syria, when things are unsure or unpredictable, people there try to handle it by sticking to what they know and following traditions or rules. Even though it's tough, they find ways to deal with it and make their lives more stable.

Uncertainty of avoidance.

In Syria, people strive for success and achievements despite challenges like the conflict and tough circumstances. They work hard to reach their goals and make a better life for themselves and their families. Even though it's not easy, their determination keeps them going.

Motivation towards achievements and success.

individualism in Syria means wanting to do things your own way, even when it's hard because of the conflict and strict rules. It's about finding ways to be yourself and express your own ideas, even though it can be risky.

in Syria people make generally accept unequal power.those in charge respected without much questioning. the conflict has made this even stronger , with different groups wanting power. But some are trying to change this and give more power to those who usually don't have much.

Uncertainty avoidance: So for Jordan it’s a score of 65 which indicates a moderate to high preference for structured environments and clear rules to minimize crime. In such society, there may be a tendency to rely on established norms and values for unpredictable situations

Power distance: Power distance in jordan has a high score of 70 which means that that Jordan suggests a strong acceptance of hierarchy and authority. People there tend to listen to those who are in higher positions without much questioning.

Motivation towards achievement and success: Jordan scored 45 which is considered a mediocre level of ambition and success in the society. People in Jordan may value achievement to some extent, but it’s not as high a priority. Like some other cultures
