Less than 1 hour for the competition: energy drinks, energy bars.
2 hours before the competition: yogurt, fruit, also you can drink water.
More than 3 hours before the competition: pasta, vegetables...

Rules

The swimmer must have the minimum necessary accessories, swimming cap and goggles, otherwise he/she will not be able to compete.
The swimsuit must always be suitable for the competition.
The back should be kept flat, the head low and the buttocks high.
At the completion of each sequence, the swimmer´s body must to touch the wall.
Regardless of style, fingers should always be the first to push.
The movements of the armas must be simultaneous following a horizontal plane.
Comply with the corresponding meters designated in the competition.
Always take the correct starting position.
