We are failing to deliver

The objective we're working toward is unclear

Customer-facing Product demos?

When are we releasing?

There's little sense of progress

Sprint Reviews and demos aren't aligning with a concrete list of requirements, features for the MVP

We aren't properly slotting sprints we know we can complete within a single increment

We don't know when we'll be done / What our velocity is

Single user stories can take months to complete

USs need to be deconstructed more regularly

Need to conduct proper sprint planning before every sprint to break larger goals into shippable increments

The scope of work is unclear

The Sprint Backlog does not reflect the work being accomplished

Engineering isn't properly enabled to handle their sprint backlog

US Creation is gated/restricted

Open the ability to freely break down US into meaningful tasks

We don't actually know all of the workflows we need to support

Work with PM to itemize every single workflow users are expected to be able to accomplish

The Product Backlog does not represent what we want to accomplish

User Stories aren't properly groomed and estimated

Integrating WF is an act of constant discovery
