Through a blended or online approach to learning, students are responsible for the level of effort they put into their work in order to succeed. This is an opportunity for students to build time management skills and maintain self-motivation.

Students are able to engage with feedback in a multitude of ways - audio recording, one-on-one with the teacher and written. Continuous assessment.

Focus on Accelerating students

Students are no longer segregated from each other based on their academic performance. All students engage in the same content with an added focus to keep high performing students on an accelerated pace.

Students Stay Learning

When students are reprimanded for poor behaviour, taking away learning time is no longer an option in a remote setting. Discipline is geared towards trying to understand what is behind the behavior problem and students stay connected to learning.

Teaching catered to student learning

Through building relationships and analyzing students' needs, lessons are designed with student needs in mind.

Skills for studying and organization need to be taught explicitly to support students in building goal oriented success through good habits.
