Entrepreneurs embrace the grind and work with tenacity. Social Skills Their social skills allow them to construct connections that will help their business. Entrepreneurs converse with everybody to absorb knowledge and find opportunities. Persistent They are persistent when failure occurs and doesn't let them affect their future. Entrepreneurs see things to the end. They don't give up when times are tough. Confident They make decisions and choices with confidence and poise. Entrepreneurs are confident in themselves and their abilities. Passionate Their passion fuels them to never give up and to keep going. Entrepreneurs are passionate people who work with intensity and direction. Innovation They have to "think outside the box" to solve problems.
