Modern technology: advantages and disadvantages

These technologies have slowly taken an essential part in people’s day-to-day lives and being without them would be unimaginable for some of us.

Disadvantages

In some areas, devices can replace the human mind.

Social isolation. More and more people spend more time hooked on mobile devices: game consoles, social networks, browsing the internet.

Social inequalities. Marginalization of those communities that cannot access new technologies.

Promote sedentary lifestyle. With the health problems that it entails.

People no longer make their brains work because there are many inventions that help us in our jobs like in schools.

Advantages

The technology is beneficial for several reasons. At the medical level, technology can help treat more sick people and consequently save many lives.

For companies, the implementing strategic technology trends is helping them save time and therefore, money. Sales and purchases are now facilitated and possible worldwide.

Technology improves daily lives; allowing to move physical storage units to virtual storage banks.

Scientists of the time are also able to send astronauts to space thanks to technology.
