Conduction because it gets heat from the sun and the fire below it.

Convection because smoke rises from it.

Mechanical Energy because the water moves when it is on.

Chemical Energy because the bathtub doesn't move.

Thermal energy because the water is hot or cold.

Mechanical Energy because when you turn it on, the water is moving.

Chemical Energy because when it is off, it doesn't move.
