June 1 1969 to October 11, 1869
October 15th, 1869 The National Committee is formed with Louis Riel.
November 2nd 1969, metis people captures fort gary
December 10th, 1869. The Metis propose a list of 14 rights they want to have
December 27, 1869. Riel is named president of the National Committee when John Bruce resigns.
March 4th, 1870 Thomas scott is executed.
July 15th, 1870 Manitoba act passes, and it is considered a province not a territory anymore.
August 24th, 1870 This is named as the end of the Red River Rebellion, as John A macdonald sent people to take Fort Gary
