It is important in making decisions, figuring out problems and is used a lot throughout everyday life. You can apply it to your life in ways like decisions you make everyday, learn new things and enhancing your beliefs.

There are many strategys to apply critical thinking and espistemology to my life.

I use critical thinking every day. For example going to school I solve many problems that are multi step and very complicated and have to use critical thinking to solve them.
