One of the biggest things that Russian’s look for EVEN MORE specifically surrounding the business etiquette world is being able to MAINTAIN eye contact at all costs no matter whom an individual is having a conversation with.

Spending time with your co-workers, managers, staff members and so on is relatively a special tradition that Russian’s hold dearly to their hearts as drinking and toasting at gatherings is seen as a way of displaying interest and wanting to strengthen brand new relationships especially withthin the business world in Russia.
