When you look in the mirror or imagine yourself in your head, your body image is how you see yourself. What you think about yourself in terms of beauty. What you think about your body, including its size, shape, and weight.
Negative
Your shape is distorted in your mind. Sections of the body seem to you differently than they are. You believe that your physical appearance is a reflection of your personal weakness. In your body, you feel awkward and uncomfortable.
Positive
You have a clear idea of your body and can see your body for what it is. You're aware that a person's physical appearance tells very little of their personality and value. You don't care about food, weight, or calories.
