The elderly may be isolated by generation gaps
in their household. By making social events geared towards
the elderly and providing services for them to attend
independently would allow them to interact with their generation

A poor example of creating reward is attention
from inciting drama/gossiping
Kids with social anxiety may feel less inclined to share
if they were forced to, as they feel embarrassment.
By making youth more engaged, we are more likely
to get a productive reaction.
