HYPERTENSION

Consuming foods high in sodium on an irregular basis can lead to hypertension, a condition characterized by elevated blood pressure. This occurs because excess salt in the bloodstream retains water, increasing blood volume and putting additional pressure on arterial walls.

HYPERTENSION

WHEN SODIUM RICH FOODS ARE CONSUMED ON AN UNHEALTHY AND IRREGULAR BASIS IT LEADS TO HYPERTENSION AS THESE FOODS HAVE A LOT OF SALT IN THE BLOOD, WHEN THIS HAPPENS, THE EXCESS SALT RETAINS A LOT OF WATER ELEVATING BLOOD LEVELS THUS CAUSING BLOOD PRESSURE IN THE ARTERIES

The health risks that may be encountered by this disease are- imperfections in the eyes, kidneys, heart , brain and stomach as well as the intrestinal area, they may be short term imperfections or long term conditions!

THE RISK OF THIS DISEASE MAY ALSO INCREASE IF THE AMOUNT OF CHOLESTEROL CONSUMED IS NOT KEPT WITHIN ACCEPTABLE LIMITS, AS-WHEN EXCESS CHOLESTEROL IS CONSUMED THE CHOLESTEROL THAT IS NOT NEEDED BY THE BODY WILL FORM DEPOSITS ON THE WALLS OF THE ARTERY THUS REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF SPACE AVAILABLE FOR THE BLOOD TO FLOW CAUSING A STRAIN ON THE BLOOD FLOW INCREASING BP

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF THIS DISEASE?

Hypertension refers to the elevation of blood pressure because of the heavy strain on the blood flow in the arteries leading to the heart, every time the human heart pumps it send blood to the rest of its organs through its arteries. The arteries get blocked due to this pressure created.
