A Study on Long Queue in Goverment and Private Sector in Brunei Darussalam
Research was conducted to understand and alleviate the issues related to long queues in both government and private sectors in Brunei Darussalam. The study focused on identifying specific departments such as JPD, Immigration, and Labour Department within the government, and banks and insurance companies in the private sector, where long wait times were prevalent.
