Constitución de Rio negro 1863.

La Constitución de Rio Negro de 1863 se elaboró durante el segundo mandato de Tomás Cipriano de Mosquera, en una reunión celebrada en la población de Rio Negro. Esta constitución estableció una serie de aspectos clave en los ámbitos político, económico y social.
