Idea of tribes
Find something worth changing and spread the ideas
They can change the world because they wanted to connect
Tribes are everywhere
Community tribe
They are heretics
They don't like status quo
Bob Marley did not invent rastafarians
The Beatles did not invent teenagers
Not persuading people to want something they don't have yet
find a group that's disconnected but already has a yearning
You don't need everyone - you need a "thousand" of people - true believers
Work tribe
Church tribe
Leading and connecting people and ideas
Leadership
but by leading
We make change not by using power or money
TV idea
Try to hypnotize everyone
Require average ideas and plenty of ads
Throw things to the persons in the back
Act like the thing
Tak a good idea a push it on the world
