What do we need to stay healthy?

Visit the doctor if you are ill.

If you have an infection or a virus, your doctor will give you medicine to tackle it.

Have fun with friends and family.

Having funk will help you to be happy.

Wash your hand before meals and after you go to the toilet. Brush your teeth after meals.

Do exercise every day.

Limit the time you are sitting around, in front of TV and computers.
