Grow on trees that form the canopy of the rainforest

These plants are known as creepers since they grow on trees for support and norishment(parasites)

Large leaves

Greater surface area

Note that since little or no light penetrates the canopy, the plants adapt by having strong, woody stems and larger leaves

Rainforest formation

Undergrowth-Made up of generally shrubs and bushes

Middle layer-Consists of smaller trees

Top layer(canopy)-Made up of the highest trees in the rainforest
