Everyone has the same as everyone else so their is not really any reason to be jealous and steal.
Noone owns private property so everyone has equal, stable housing.

Noone owns private property so everyone has equal housing.
Everyone recieves the same benefits so noone gets anything better than anyone else.
Everyone is payed the same ammount so the outcome is always the same.

Stability

Economy never fluctuates and ultimately stays the same
Everyone works the same jobs and is payed equally so there are no economic droughts or depressions
Everyone is payed equally no matter how little or much work they do.
