Hypothyroid

Thyroid carcinoma is identified as the most common endocrine malignancy, with significant annual cases and deaths, primarily caused by ionizing radiation. Hypothyroidism, including central and congenital forms, results from various factors such as pituitary or hypothalamic failure, pituitary tumors, and hereditary defects.
