As mentioned in the we presense, Mahwy uses wireless network connection and their internet source is Goren Net, which is a local company as well.
They are using special equipments for graphic designing and editing.
They are using desktop computers and labtops inside their company as well.
Mahwy Adv. Agency are using wireless internet connection for communicating externally ( with their both customer and suppliers) and they are using outlook emailing amongst the employees inside the company. They have a site ( www. mahwy.com).
They are also using mobile phones for external communications and also intenal telephones for internal use only.
Mahwy Adv. agency doesn't have and ERP department but they are planning to join a group, it will be a group more than a small company.
The order fulifullment process of the agency is being done through internet and intranet betwen Mahwy employees and the customers. Currently they have a senior marketing manager who manages fulfilling the customer needs. Customers describe what they need and the agency design and deliver it after the customers final approval.
Mahwy Adv. Company doesn't have a CRM ( Sustomer Relation Mnagement ) currently but they are applying customer relationship management casually by building a strong relationship between the company and their customers.
