In Italy most schools don't have uniform. Some schools, like Convitto Umberto I or private schools, use a uniform.
Most school in England require children to wear a school uniform.
The uniforms of the boys usually are long grey or black trousers (shorts may be worn in the Summer), white shirt, school tie (optional in most primary schools); jumper or sweater with the school logo on. The colour is the choice of the schools. Black shoes.
The uniforms of the girls are as above, but girls may wear skirts. During the summer term girls often wear summer school dresses.

Italian universities follow generally accepted tertiary education standards. Accordingly they offer courses towards bachelors, 1- and 2-year masters degrees, and doctorates. Other specialization schools provided advanced knowledge to those already with second-level degrees, while refresher courses aptly named corso di perfezionamento enable professionals to top-up their knowledge.

In the UK about one-third of all students go on to some form of higher education. In the UK most undergraduate degree programs take three years to finish. Now the “sandwich course” is increasing in popularity, which is four years and involves one year in the work place (normally in your third year). For graduate or masters programs they are generally shorter in length and undertaken after graduation of your undergraduate program. Some professional degrees like medicine, veterinary, law etc. have longer programs that can be as much as five years. Most universities in the UK put a fee for students about £3,000 (€ 3,376) per year (depending on the school and location). Students from the EU, must pay the same fees as students from the UK, but international students from the rest of the world will have to pay the full school fees. These fees for international students can range anywhere from £4,000 (€ 4,501) per year right up to £18,000 (€ 20,258) per year or more.
