Renee's recent activities included completing additional synch meetings that were not part of the initial engagement plan, emphasizing support for BHRs in aiding company presidents and enhancing their value proposition.

Week of 1/10/22 Renee completed Synchs with John, Vicki and Becky. The original engagement did not include these synchs.


Combo of traditional Synch and focus on supporting the BHR to support the presidents - focus on the major job that has to be done.


She will be more open to support ITA with Sam and Jacob


How to position the BHRs to improve their value prop. They need to lead the leaders to cultivate an enterprise mindset.
