The Long Point Biosphere Reserve would've never existed without the control of the Long Point Company
The Long Point Company bought the land of Long Point as the government sold it to them after they couldn't control the pirates thieves and etc.
They loved watching the species of animals and recreational hunting and kept it to a limit. They had goals to sustain the environment.
Biosphere Companies
Point is to gain profit and no awareness to the environment being extracted.
Significant chance of causing extinction or endangerment to species in the ecosystem being extracted.
Extracts species out of ecosystems for either food or clothing purposes in significant quantities
Used in the late 1860', until the Long Point Company took over

A lot of economic profits are made as their is larger quantities of the food or clothing resource caught.
Able to provide family and companies with sustainable economic system for a period of time.
