Incisors; they are flat and sharp, and are used to cut food.
Canines; are strong and pointed, and they are used to tear food

Palmer notation method: is mayly used in the military field

Premolars and molars; are large and used to crush and grind food

Teeth have one or more roots; they have a crown which is the part of the tooth that sits above the gumline and is generally close to the gumline
-Enamel: this is the out most hard layer

Cementum: this is the thin out most of the root

Pulp: is the innermost soft tissue of the tooth which consists of bloody vessels and nerves.
