Milestone 1.3.1. Achieve IBAS Director concurrence on the proposed locations and plans to establish Hubs 2 and 3, each with 1 education partner.

From Next Steps on Dec 31 Qtrly Rpt: ~14 students participated in the Oct-Dec 2021 period for product development cycle ranging from composite materials selection, part design, metal tooling, parts production and post-machining was worked out in 3 complex geometry parts. That learning will be the subject of the Spring 2022 ACE Workshop
