The Singapore Government facilitates migrant workers' access to recourse and assistance channels by providing 24-hour hotlines. MOM also imposes Work Permit conditions on employers to look after the well-being of their foreign workers. Failing which, they can be charged in court under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA).
