they have technology because they can entertain their selves by watching videos,movies and more. some of them even have smart watches to do those stuff.
enviorment
they have to keep the spacecraft clean like how they clean their own room. also they like bringing things with them to remind them of home. also they can plant some plants because they love the smell of plants or something.
care packages
everyone needs a touch of home when they go to space. for example giving gifts and giving sweets and letters. sometimes they bring a teddy bear to make it look like they have a family member with them
scocial activities
they have to communicate with others and they have to know each other, they can eat together they can play board games to get to know about them
relaxation and health care
on the 5 days {mon tues wed thurs fri } they work by replacing the technology that is in space on saturdays and sundays sometimes they listen to music or read books. they can also watch how earth goes by.
good sleep
if you don't sleep enough you will feel grumpy or sad and you can get illnesses. in space there will be 16 sunsets and sunrise so there will be a lot of light. they wear sleep masks for light. also there are sounds so they wear earbuds.
physical activities
As an astronaut you have to exercise at least 2 hours a day because if you dont exercise when you are in space your bones won't be strong and they will be easy to break.
