Dominant and Recessive Genes

A memorable 7th grade science lesson on dominant and recessive genes involved an interactive activity that significantly impacted the students' understanding. The teacher used slips of paper with a bitter taste to demonstrate genetic traits, explaining that the ability to taste bitterness is an inherited trait.
