Capacidad de las partes (menores de edad,representantes)

Especialización (Familia)

Determinar la complejidad del caso (multipartes,técnico)

Determinar si es materia conciliable.

OBJETIVO :Determinar si el conflicto es conciliable y obtener información que permita a los conciliadores realizar una estrategia de trabajo
