Good conflict management

Conflict management allows the team to concentrate on their work

Having Fun

it is an effective way of managing and improving other team emotions. it is also a good way to build trust.

A Common goal

Having a common goal in a team will allow the team to understand their circumstances Like realizing the problems they will face in the process and allow them to come up with a solution.

No Personal prejudice

With now personal prejudice in the team, teammates are more willing to open up learning and fixing there mistakes. it also lessens the likelihood of conflict.

Each contributes their fair share

With everyone having to contribute equali the pace of the work becomes increasingly shorter lowering the burden for everyone.

A strong leadership

In order for a team to be effective they will need a strong leader to set as a example to the team. that person also has to have a clear vision.
