When frustrated, step back, give space, redirect to a different activity (give options)
Movement breaks are helpful for refocusing and transitions to new activities
Explain expectations of the day so it's clear what will happen
Redirect him to his journal if he brings up inappropriate topics. Say it's inappropriate and no one wants to hear it. Topics include: Sex change, being transgender, his "girlfriend" Alexandra, ghost babies, anything sexual
