BIENES NACIONALES

En el código civil, los bienes nacionales son aquellos cuyo dominio pertenece a toda la nación. Dentro de esta clasificación se encuentra el dominio público marítimo, que abarca el mar territorial, conocido también como mar costero, extendiéndose hasta doce millas náuticas desde la costa.

Los bienes del estado son aquellos que constituyen el patrimonio privado del estado, que pertenecen al estado en cuanto este es persona de derecho privado. Son aquellas que la pertenecen como si fuese un simple particular.
