A computer system consists of various essential hardware components, each serving specific functions. The Power Supply Unit (PSU) converts AC electricity into DC electricity, distributing it to the computer'

Computer.

Computer.

Hard Disk Drive (HDD).

Is a non- volatile data storage device. Non-volatile refers to storage devices that maintain stored data turned off. All computers need a storage device, and HDD are just one example of a type of storage device.

Sound State Drive (SSD)

Is a new generation of storage device used in computers. SSD, store dara using flash-based memory, which is much faster than the traditional hard disk they've come to replace.

Power Suply Unit (PSU)

Is a hardware device that converts AC electricity into DC electricity and then distributes it to the rest of the computer. On a standard desktop computer, the PSU is where the power board plugs into and usually has an 10 power switch on it.

Visual Display Unit (VDU)

Is a device that presents information, events or situations at home, at work, at in public places. A VDU may be responsable for temporary or permanent ergonomic problems depending on a number of factors related to the observer and the display.

Keyboard.

Mouse

Is a small, movable device that lets you control a range of things on a computer.

Sound card.

Is a peripheral device that attaches to the ISA or PCI slot on a motherboard to enable the computer to input, process, and deliver sound.

Graphics card unit ( GPU)

A specialized processor originally designed to accelerate graphics rendering, can process many pieces of data simultaneously, making them useful for machine learning, video editing and gaming applications.

Random Access Memory (RAM)

Is the main memory in a computer. It is much faster to read from and write to than other kinds of storage, such as a hard disk drive.

Central Processing Unit (CPU)

Is the brain of a computer, containing all the circuitry needed to process input, storedata and output results.

Motherboard.

Is a printed circuit board contain the principal components of a computer or other device whith conectors into which other circuit boards can be slotted.

Computer case.

Is the outer shell of a computer. Serves mainly as a way to physically mount and contain all the actual components inside a computer like the motherboard, hard drive, etc.
