Connections Between the Beatitudes, Mosaic Law, and Common Law

Common Law: This means a judge declared specific laws that need to be followed.

Common law connects with the Beatitudes and Mosaic law because it demonstrates fairness and being equal to spread love in a community.

Mosaic Law: These laws were applied to both moral and civil aspects of life.

Mosaic Laws Connect with Common laws because it includes strict rules while it also connects with the Beatitudes because an example of a mosaic law is the ten commandment which are rules in the bible.

Beatitudes: This includes being thankful for what you have and sharing and comforting others as God asks of us.

The Beatitudes connect with the Mosaic Laws because they both strictly represent having compassion.
